My husband and I are back from Australia, and we had a terrific time. Beautiful scenery, friendly people, and an amazing outdoorsy culture. What a wonderful place.
I feel fortunate to be able to explore the planet as much as I do. It is so important to spend time in another culture, to see how things are done in other places. Traveling allows us to get a new perspective on our own country. But, more importantly, visiting foreign lands can help us to gain an invaluable understanding of the countries we visit. I came back home loving Australia, and wanting the people there to succeed in every way. Australia, I am rooting for you.
Wouldn’t the world be a better place if we all just cheered each other on more?
