There are several tattooed swimmers at my pool. I often wonder if people who are tattooed in discreet places are drawn to swimming for a reason. There aren’t many opportunities to show off that expensive chest art. So why not take up a sport that allows you to get fairly nekkid, like swimming or big time wrestling?
Of course, I could be wrong. Tattooed swimmers may carefully choose hidden areas of the anatomy for their body art on purpose. Maybe they are swayed by the assurance that seductive hip tattoo will be seen by a larger audience than just their partner.
Either way, it begs the age old question: Which came first? The swimmer or the tattoo?
